“She was the individual that teachers wished for. She behaved with calm resilience, a bright grin and a optimistic attitude that encouraged those around her,” the principal, the leader of Beckstrom’s former high school, stated to the media. “She was kind, compassionate and always willing to assist people.”

Law enforcement have indicted a 29-year-old individual from Afghanistan with a charge of first-degree murder and two counts of violent assault while carrying a weapon.

“She had a lot of kindness and she absolutely had fortitude,” Morrisey addressed the gathering at the vigil. “Though her time ended too soon, she has created a legacy that’s going to endure.”
