Iran is willing to resume atomic discussions with the United States provided that it is treated with "dignity" and "respect", Iran's top diplomat has stated.

The Iranian diplomat stated exclusively dialogue was effective, and disclosed fresh requests had been made by go-betweens to restart talks with the US government. He asserted Iran had zero undeclared nuclear sites, and Iran could not yet permit the UN nuclear inspectorate to inspect struck enrichment centers for safety concerns.

Walking a Complex Path

Araghchi is navigating a challenging course since Iran wishes not to appear to be operating from a stance of disadvantage, and he emphatically stated that Iran had emerged more powerful defensively and psychologically from the Israeli-US attack on its nuclear sites in June.

Prior Talks Abruptly Ended
